What it’s like to train with us
We create realistic training plans to fit around what you want to achieve, being mindful of what will work for your body at the place it’s at now.
Andy will encourage you to think about your goals - not just how you want to look, but more importantly how you want to feel and what you what your body to enable you to do.
There’s a down-to-earth, unintimidating atmosphere in all of our sessions. We’ll train hard, but we’ll also have fun, listen to great music and catch up.
A blend of training types to keep it exciting
Part of the fun of using a personal trainer is that we can tailor the exercises to what you enjoy doing. If you have fun, you’ll be more likely to stick to it!
Here’s an idea of what we could do on a session:
Some high-intensity training to improve metabolic function, keep your heart healthy and release endorphins
Traditional weight-lifting to build strength, increase bone density, reduce muscle loss and prevent injury
Mobility exercises to improve function and flexibility around the body, as well as identify areas that need extra attention
