If you’d like to meet Andy and get a feel for what it’s like to work together, book a totally commitment free taster session.
We’ll discuss your fitness goals, the types of exercise you love (and hate!) and try out a few exercises together and a fundamental movement assessment.
The session will be approximately 45 minutes. Wear gear you’re comfortable working out in and bring some water. Please note, we work out in socks/bare foot in the studio.
